Cassie has dedicated 17 years to perfecting her craft in the hair industry. She has pursued advanced training in specialized areas such as hair color magic by Aveda, advanced Moroccanoil techniques, and precision men's and women's haircutting. Additionally, she has honed her skills in hairstyling, bridal makeup, formal styling, and team leadership. Cassie is certified in various areas, including Hairtalk hair extensions- hand tied wefts and keratin bonds, Temptu airbrush makeup. She owns and operates Luxe Hair and Beauty with her husband, Joe.

Jessica Hentges

Jessica has 16 years of unwavering dedication to the beauty industry, she has pursued numerous advanced classes including Kevin Murphy & Schwarzkopf balayage training and G.K. hair cutting for men. She enjoys covering up any unwanted gray and brightening up blondes. Her keen attention to detail and precision is a testament to her greatest strengths. Notably, she is also certified in Hairtalk Hair Extensions using the hand tied weft and keratin bond methods.

Naomi Weideman

Master Stylist

Naomi's journey in the beauty industry spans 13 years, marked by dedication and continuous learning. Her training began at a Matrix salon in the twin cities, leading to a remarkable opportunity to work with the Pureology beauty team at New York Fashion Week in 2020. Over the years, she has honed her skills in creative color, advanced balayage, blonding, bridal, and formal styling, demonstrating her commitment to excellence. Furthering her knowledge, she has participated in salon business and styling classes with Pureology's top artistic director, Jamie Wiley, and continues her education on Kevin Murphy product lines. Naomi is certified in Temptu airbrush makeup, Hot Heads Hair Talk hair extensions, which include the specialized technique of sewn in wefts and keratin bond installation. 

Courtney Peterson

Courtney has dedicated 13 years to the beauty industry. For 7 years, she honed her skills as a stylist in the metro area before recently moving to southeast MN. What she treasures most about hairstyling is the ability to instill confidence and express creativity. She enjoys everything from dimensional blondes to dimensional brunettes. Courtney's advanced education started with Aveda and Pureology and has continued with Moroccanoil, Kevin Murphy, and business training. She is certified in Hairtalk's hand-tied and keratin (K-tip) hair extensions. Her passion for learning reflects her passion for the craft of hair.

Kayla Ruhoff

Kayla has dedicated 9 years to perfecting her craft in the beauty industry. She continuously seeks advanced education through the Aveda Institute, Kevin Murphy, Moroccanoil and Redken, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to excellence. Specializing in blondes and balayage of all shades, from icy, platinum, to sun-kissed, Kayla's artistry knows no bounds. She has perfected her craft in bridal and formal styling. Certified in Hot Heads and Hairtalk hair extensions using hand tied weft and keratin bond methods.

Amy Nelton

Amy is a graduate of Model College of Hair Design in St. Cloud, MN and has accumulated extensive experience in the beauty industry for the last 26 years. She is passionate about understanding her clients' unique needs and preferences. Amy specializes in haircutting for men and women with fine, curly, and heavily textured hair, as well as color matching, color blending, and working with blondes. She also offers brow tinting and facial waxing services. Throughout her career, Amy has pursued advanced training and education, including hands-on classes in Schwarzkopf color and cut techniques, Moroccanoil, Kevin Murphy, and Davines. Including her most recent certification with Hairtalks keratin hair extensions (K-tips).

Melody Sires

Intermediate Stylist

Sew in hair extension certified, blonding, gray coverage, fashion colors, mens cuts, razor/shear cutting and facial waxing 

With over six years of experience as a stylist in the Winona area, Mel currently serves as an Intermediate Stylist at Luxe Hair and Beauty. She specialize in various haircuts and coloring techniques, and holds a certification in hand-tied hair extensions. Mel's ongoing training with various brands such as MoroccanOil and Kevin Murphy, combined with her apprenticeship under Luxe Master Stylists - has significantly refined her skills. As an adaptable stylist, she is dedicated to helping clients achieve their dream hair goals.

Zoei Novak

Salon Manager + Aesthetician

Custom facial treatments, lash lifts, lash tinting, brow laminations, brow tinting, facial waxing, Temptu airbrush certified + special event makeup

Zoei is our licensed esthetician and salon manager with six years in the salon industry and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. She is Temptu Airbrush certified & specializes in wedding makeup, alongside advanced trainings with various companies such as MoroccanOil, K18, and Eminence Organics Skincare. Zoei will soon be pursuing her advanced license in esthetics, and she cannot wait to be offering advanced treatments in the summer of 2026! Her favorite part of her job is interacting with guests and helping clients achieve their beauty goals.
