Founder + Master Stylist

Cassie has dedicated 18 years to perfecting her craft in the hair industry. She has pursued advanced training in specialized areas such as hair color magic by Aveda, advanced Moroccanoil techniques, and precision men's and women's haircutting. Additionally, she has honed her skills in hairstyling, bridal makeup, formal styling, and team leadership. Cassie is certified in various areas, including Hairtalk hair extensions- hand tied wefts and keratin bonds, Temptu airbrush makeup. She owns and operates Luxe Hair and Beauty with her husband, Joe.

Jessica Hentges

Master Stylist

Jessica has 17 years of unwavering dedication to the beauty industry, she has pursued numerous advanced classes including Kevin Murphy & Schwarzkopf balayage training and G.K. hair cutting for men. She enjoys covering up any unwanted gray and brightening up blondes. Her keen attention to detail and precision is a testament to her greatest strengths. Notably, she is also certified in Hairtalk Hair Extensions and the Luxe Method using the hand tied weft and keratin bond methods.

Zoei Novak

Salon Manager + Advanced Practice Esthetician

Zoei is our licensed Advance Practice Esthetician and salon manager with six years in the salon industry and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. She specializes in custom facials (including microneedling, lymphatic drainage massage, and dermaplaning), and bridal makeup. She offers a variety of facial services, waxing, and lash/brow services. She has attended many advanced trainings with various companies such as MoroccanOil, K18, and Eminence Organics Skincare. Zoei values creating long-lasting relationships with her guests, and providing them with a high level of relaxation combined with results. She loves to help her guests feel beautiful in their skin, and offer them a safe space to truly relax and unwind.

Courtney Peterson

Master Stylist

Courtney has dedicated 14 years to the beauty industry. For 7 years, she honed her skills as a stylist in the metro area before recently moving to southeast MN. What she treasures most about hairstyling is the ability to instill confidence and express creativity. She enjoys everything from dimensional blondes to dimensional brunettes. Courtney's advanced education started with Aveda and Pureology and has continued with Moroccanoil, Kevin Murphy, and business training. She is certified in Hairtalk's hand-tied and keratin (K-tip) hair extensions, as well as the Luxe Method. Her passion for learning reflects her passion for the craft of hair.

Melody Sires

Advanced Stylist

With over six years of experience as a stylist in the Winona area, Mel currently serves as an advanced Stylist at Luxe Hair and Beauty. She specialize in various haircuts and coloring techniques, and is certified in The Luxe Method hand-tied hair extensions. Mel's ongoing training with various brands such as MoroccanOil and Kevin Murphy, combined with her apprenticeship under Luxe Master Stylists - has significantly refined her skills. As an adaptable stylist, she is dedicated to helping clients achieve their dream hair goals. When not at the salon, Mel is busy adapting to the new mom life at home and caring for her fur babies!

Amy Nelton

Master Stylist

Amy is a graduate of Model College of Hair Design in St. Cloud, MN and has accumulated extensive experience in the beauty industry for the last 26 years. She is passionate about understanding her clients' unique needs and preferences. Amy specializes in haircutting for men and women with fine, curly, and heavily textured hair, as well as color matching, color blending, and working with blondes. She also offers brow tinting and facial waxing services. Throughout her career, Amy has pursued advanced training and education, including hands-on classes in Schwarzkopf color and cut techniques, Moroccanoil, Kevin Murphy, and Davines.
